CHEM B MAKEUP WORK.

Each makeup assignment posted here has instructions and most have links to download a word document to print so you can complete the activity.
Assignments are generally listed with the date and title used on the Zangle grade/ assignment posting used online.
If you are unable to print the document you may complete the assignment in your own writing on the paper of your choice or submit the assignment by email. Please use my email address: appleforteacher@hotmail.com and place the student's name and hour in the subject line of the email message.

Assignments must include the student's name, hour, and the date the assignment was completed, the name of the assignment, AND ALSO a parent's email address or phone number contact and name, to verify that a parent has ensured that the student did his or her own work (did not simply copy from another student or other source.)

Makeup work is accepted for full credit if the student had an excused absence. The student has the same number of days that were excused to make up missed work. The student also should contact the counselor or teachers to begin missed work during the absence if possible. Makeup work does NOT have to be accepted by the teacher if the student has an unexcused absence for that class period. Please speak with me personally; I often allow students to make up missed work at a 10% reduction in score one day late. Work that is later than one day can be made up only by agreement with me (ask me to initial a note in writing to prove that I've allowed the work to be turned in late) and will be scored at a 25% score reduction.

Please make an appointment to see Ms. Gall after school or during 3rd hour or attend tutoring (after school Tues, Weds, and Thurs) for additional assistance as needed. Outside tutoring is acceptable, but the student must understand and complete the assignments independently.
